Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Adour.

We are more than happy to exchange our items if the item does not fit. Please note, as due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges for underwear unless it is deemed faulty.

Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer. Please email info@adourlingerie.com to initiate a return.

We always aim to provide our customers with high quality garments. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a manufacturing fault with your order, please send an email to info@adourlingerie.com. Please reach out within 7 business days of receiving the item with a brief description and accompanying images showing the defect or fault.

If a refund is granted, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the person returning the order. The shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
